Dress Code and Equipment

Participants are required to wear sportswear that covers the torso and legs, such as tracksuits or T-shirts with shorts. Sports shoes are mandatory. The use of tanning oils and creams is strictly prohibited.

Competition Structure

Individual Competition

The competition features a circuit of six stations, each with a different exercise. Athletes perform for two minutes at each station, followed by a two-minute rest and transition period. Up to six athletes compete simultaneously, with judges monitoring and recording the number of valid repetitions at each station.

Athlete Responsibilities

  • Follow all technical instructions from judges.
  • Perform as many repetitions as possible within the two-minute limit.
  • Respect the start and end times of each exercise.
  • Submit control sheets with recorded repetitions after completing the circuit.

Judging and Scoring

  • Judges: Six judges, one per station, ensure correct execution and count valid repetitions.
  • Central Judge: Oversees the competition, manages timing, and collects control sheets.
  • Tiebreakers: In case of a tie, the number of repetitions in specific exercises like Burpee & Devil Press will determine the winner.

Competition Formats

Couples Fitness Challenge

Couples compete together, alternating exercises to achieve the highest number of repetitions. Categories include male, female, and mixed pairs. The total repetitions by both athletes determine their score.

Team Fitness Challenge

Teams of six members, with a mix of genders, compete by rotating through all six stations. Each member's repetitions contribute to the team's total score.

Technical Regulations for Exercises

Gold Level Exercises

  1. Chin Ups: Full extension and strict form.
  2. KB Squat and Pull: Upright row with kettlebells (32kg for men, 24kg for women).
  3. Dips (Feet Forward): Elbows fully extended at start and end.
  4. Walking Lunges: Barbell over shoulders (30kg for women, 50kg for men).
  5. Toes to Bar: Hanging position with toes touching the bar.
  6. Burpees & Devil Press: Combination of burpees and dumbbell press (10kg for women, 15kg for men).

Silver Level Exercises

  1. Pull Ups (Lying Position): Chest to bar with feet supported.
  2. Jefferson Squat: Barbell between legs, touching the ground.
  3. Bench Dips: Feet forward with elbows extended.
  4. Dumbbell Lunges: Steps with 10kg dumbbells for women and 15kg for men.
  5. Sit Ups (Weight on Chest): With a 10kg plate.
  6. Kettlebell Snatches: Touch the ground and lift overhead (8kg for women, 12kg for men).
